These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SiftInbox, an AI-powered email assistant service operated by Mile High Surveillance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using SiftInbox, you agree to these Terms.

SiftInbox is an AI email assistant that connects to your email account (Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) via OAuth to classify incoming emails, generate draft replies, and learn your writing style over time. SiftInbox creates draft replies only — it never sends emails on your behalf without your explicit action.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use SiftInbox.

SiftInbox generates draft email replies using artificial intelligence. These drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all drafts before sending. The Company makes no warranty that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, complete, or free of errors. You should never send an AI-generated draft without reviewing it first.

5. Billing and Subscription

SiftInbox is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of SiftInbox is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SiftInbox, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the transmission of email content to third-party AI providers for classification and draft generation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SIFTINBOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SIFTINBOX SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of SiftInbox, your violation of these Terms, or any email sent based on AI-generated drafts.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted and OAuth access to your email will be revoked.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use of SiftInbox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Colorado.
