How does SiftInbox read my email?
You connect via OAuth — the same secure method used by Google and Microsoft. We never store your email password. Your email provider grants us read access to classify and draft replies.
Will it send emails without my permission?
Never. SiftInbox only creates drafts. You review, edit, and send every email yourself. We will never auto-send on your behalf.
How does voice learning work?
When you first connect, SiftInbox analyzes your recent sent emails to understand your writing style. As you edit drafts before sending, it learns from your corrections and gets more accurate over time.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. A company admin can invite team members, and each person gets their own isolated account with per-seat billing. No data is shared between users.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account is deactivated immediately. Your data is deleted and OAuth access to your email is revoked. No data is retained after cancellation.
